Passengers should book their seats by paying 30% of total amount and clear at least 50% of the remaining amount needs to be cleared before 7 days of journey, rest of the amount should be cleared after check in the hotel.

No refund in tour price will be allowed for the untraveled portion of the tour either of sickness or any other reason.

No claim for any rescheduling will be entertained when the passenger doesn't arrive at the station/airport/bus stand before departure of the train/flight/bus for which reservation has been made. In such cases, passengers may join next of subsequent station at their own cost.

Passengers to pay extra service charge for Tatkal Ticket Booking.

The company reserves the right to delete, change or modify the Rules as and when necessary.

As per Govt. Rules, passengers travelling with us are requested to carry ORIGINAL PHOTO IDENTITY CARD with him/her.

Flamingo Tours and Travels accepts no responsibilities for loss or damages to any belongings of the passengers.

Please carry one 22” suitcase & one handbag only while on tour

If the tour is cancelled due to natural calamities/strikes/political disturbances, in that case 25% of the tour cost will be deducted from the advance amount, and the remaining amount would be refunded.

If there is any change of transportation cost after the booking, the difference of the same needs to be borne by the passenger.

Flamingo Tours & Travels will not be liable for any loss/damage of belongings, life of the passenger by accident, theft, robbery, or any other unwanted happenings during the tour.

Passengers need to carry their own luggage or should pay for porter charges wherever applicable.

Passengers are requested to carry their own medicine.

Adventures activities are at customer's own risk.

Passengers should spend their own money to visit those places where our bus will unable to go.

For train journey we are entirely depends on Railway Authority. It is not possible to allot any particular seat & other things.

Tour programme may be changed/altered/varied extended even in course of tour due to unavoidable circumstances viz. Natural Calamity, Breakdown of bus, local bandh, strike or any other such happening
